Kotetsu or Souma are both really good with kids. Noaki and Zou have children, but I'm not sure if they qualify as 'best' choice.

Jewels. Jewels is bat shit insane. And I think he's been arrested before...

Miroku? A librarian or a painter. He loves art and books.

Suui and Souma are brothers so yeah. Iro and Miura are brother also.
Miroku and Saika live together. Noaki and Yusa live together. Kurimishu and Sasuke travel and live together.
